6:00 AM Report to BRHS and Load Equipment
6:45 AM Depart BRHS (we will travel in show shirt and shorts)
9:15 AM Arrive JMU and dress into uniforms
10:15 AM Visual warm-up in Lot
11:09 AM Music warm-up
11:57 AM Performance
12:21 PM JMU Marching Royal Dukes Performance
12:45 PM Awards
1:05 PM Return to buses and change
1:45 PM Go to stadium to watch bands/eat
6:45 PM Head back to buses at the conclusion of class AAAA
7:30 PM Depart JMU
10:00 PM Arrive BRHS and go home
Students will need to bring ample money for meals in the stadium (pricing similar to what you find at other college and professional stadiums) and groups of students may also elect to eat at the “D Hall” dining hall. T-Shirts and other items are also sold on the concourse by the JMU Marching Royal Dukes and various music organizations.
Students will also need comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing for when we watch the other bands.
Donna Vanik will be sending out a SignUpGenius for competition chaperones for this event. Freshman parents, we would love to have you sign up. Any questions about chaperoning may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.

TICKETS & ADMISSION ARE SOLD THE DAY OF THE EVENT AT THE BOX OFFICE.
ADULTS – $15 (admission good all day)
STUDENTS/SENIORS – $10 (admission good all day)
