Snap!Raise

As we kick off this exciting week celebrating 50 years of Broad Run, we would like to thank you – our family and fans – for supporting our music program. We are so fortunate to have such talented and dedicated students who work so hard to prepare their field program; however, we could not provide this quality program without your help. Whether you volunteer your time, donate food or supplies, or contribute monetarily, we appreciate all of your efforts!

It costs our booster association approximately $80,000 to successfully fund this program. This $80,000 is not given to us by Loudoun County Public Schools. Our registration fees – amongst the lowest in the county – nearly cover half of our budget. In order to keep our registration fees low, we must fundraise an additional $40,000+ annually to pay for our program’s many expenses, which include music arrangements, drill design, specialty staff, color guard uniforms, lock-in meals, show shirts and shorts, dry cleaning, props, transportation fees, competition fees – the list goes on and on. If we cannot raise this money through fundraising, our boosters board will be forced to raise registration fees in the future.

At this time we are in the midst of our Snap! Raise fundraiser; a social media based platform. Our students have been asked to each compile a list email addresses for their 20 biggest fans and they are sharing their own unique fundraising link for the campaign. This type of fundraiser allows us to reach friends and family, both near and far. This is a great way to help support our program without much effort!

Marching Spartans fans and friends, if you do not receive an email from your favorite Marching Spartan, please consider making a donation to the program through the following link:

We look forward to celebrating our Homecoming and 50th Anniversary with you this Saturday, September 28, 2019. Our kids will be parading through the streets of Ashburn and then performing our award-winning field show “Anamoly” during halftime.

Come out and cheer on our team!
